Some populations of the society believe that it is better for youngsters who struggle for poverty to give up their college studies so that they can take up a job and increase the family income. It is acknowledged that they may not have enough money for higher education or a potential to do well at school. Being “stupid”, nevertheless, is not the reason that they are living in poverty. Governments should not only emphasize on academic programs, but also mental health aids for lower-income classes. People who live in poverty usually have a narrow mental bandwidth which may result in less mental capacity dealing with all sorts of things. (Badger 2013) For instance, poor people usually live under deficiency not only with money problem and the lack of opportunity. Under this situation, they may struggle from pressure as well. Proper stress can encourage people but too much pressure or continuous stress will overwhelm people and the disadvantage may overweigh the benefits (Badger). According to Velasques-Manoff (2014), “the field of mental health remained on the fence over whether poverty caused psychiatric problem, or psychiatric problem lead to
