Teachers will learn from the students when they assign a project/test and the teachers will see how the students do. The teachers will learn how they did presenting the material and will help the teacher not do the same mistake. Instead of coming to school each day and listening to teachers lecture, doing worksheets, and staying quiet for long periods of time, students should be more involved in the learning process. They are given some choice in what their education looks like, rather than simply being told what to do all the time. Since learning occurs in a social setting, students are expected and encouraged to interact with their peers during class time. Allowing students to take part in meaningful discussions and activities is vital to learning, and students must be taught how to actively take part in topic conversations and activities. Learners must become active participants, and work towards inputting knowledge into their existing knowledge in a way that makes sense to…

Sammy who was not aware of his defiant behavior at the time would soon gain control over time by learning form a teacher who provided appropriate supports and interventions for him to be successful. According to Caltha Crowe (2010/2015), there are many strategies and efforts teachers should take to prepare for their students; especially those who have behavior issues (p 77).
