Nowadays, people are getting more and more conscious about their general health. Diet is the most important factor in determining one’s well-being and can easily be modified to suit one’s needs. Without a nutritious diet that can provide the body with necessary nutrients for either body-building or body-toning, no matter how much time people spend hitting the gym, they can’t meet their target weight or BMI ratio. Despite the constant use of internet to figure out how to plan your food or spending more money on specifically designed apps that can help with meal planning, we can’t still quite hitting that perfect ratio of three macronutrient: Carbohydrates, protein and fat.
