Many people don’t understand that, planning your daily workouts are just as important as planning a business meeting. Daily exercise should be viewed as being one of your vital tasks! It should be written on your daily calendar, just like all your other events. You won’t take it as serious, if you don’t schedule it as a critical part of your daily routine. It’s best to plan a time that you know you can commit to working out. If you don’t make any plans to workout, it’s more likely that you won’t! Not only is it a good idea to plan a good time to workout, it’s also good to decide what body parts you’ll be working on as well. You have to set realistic goals when you’re trying to lose weight. It’s nothing wrong with having high expectations, it just have to be at the right time. The last thing you need, is to set a goal that’s hard to reach. That’ll only set you up for failure! Just like it took some time for you to gain the weight, it’s going to take some time for you to lose the weight. Whenever you start missing your weight loss goals, it causes you to get discouraged and eventually quit all together. Mapping your goals is designed to help you win! If you can’t set goals for yourself that you can reach--then Nobody else can. Not even the best fitness gurus on the planet. When it comes to your weight, don’t be the person who always believe in everyone else, but never believe in yourself. Don’t be so quick to doubt you physical abilities, or to give up on yourself. If you’re focusing on loosing fat, toning and sculpting--it’s going to take forever, if you’re only doing ten crunches, ten squats, 15 minutes on an elliptical and walking 15 minutes on the treadmill. If you keep cheating on your workouts, then you’re only cheating yourself! You get as much out of your workout, as you’re willing to put in it!
