Cypress College Birthday Proposal

Cypress College has been helping the community for years, and this year, it is going to have its 50th birthday. In order to acknowledge Cypress College’s existence in our community and show the appreciation for it, we are going to celebrate it’s birthday by inviting the alumni to be our guest speaker, having autograph sessions, and having a carnival. This event’s purpose is to address Cypress College for producing students with outstandings outcomes. For this event to occur, we are going to prepare three months in advance organizing this activity. The activities included are: promoting this event, estimating the budget, and arrangement with the celebrities and guests.
Our target market for this event would be the communities that are impacted by Cypress College. This would include businesses, families, and schools. The population that we are expecting are from Cypress, Buena

The rides that we will be renting are Anchors Away, Cyclone, Super Slide, and the Merry-Go-Around. The games that we are renting are Balloon Pop, Skeeball, and Water-Fun. The college will provide other games such as pin the tail on the cow, throwing darts, and eat a strawberry from a whipped cream pie. For this event we will also be renting out Bounce Houses and a 15’ Inflatable Slide. While renting the inflatable products we will also need to rent the generators for the bounce house and for the inflatable slide.
Food trucks will also be at the campus to provide food for the event. The food trucks that we will be involved are: Barracho Tacos, Belly Bombz, Kogi BBQ Truck, and Sweet Lou’s BBQ. The commission that the food trucks makes will be their own revenue because they are participating in the event for Cypress College 's 50th birthday. The trucks will be here free of charge and we will pay the permit fee for them selling food on the campus. The school would also be selling cotton candy, popcorn, and strawberries to the
