What kind of a person am I? That is an enthralling question. I enjoy being social and an occasional deep discussion. I tend to be non-confrontational and optimistic, although it may be hard for me to not take things too personally and over-internalize my surroundings. As far as a career is concerned, nothing is set in stone, and thankfully, it is not my job to have my entire life figured out: that would be impossible. However, I am entertaining a few ideas in my head, one in particular: interpreting. I hope to provide genuine, effective customer service as I help others successfully communicate from German to English or vise versa.

I have many, so to narrow them down to three categories was difficult, but manageable. The first is personal development. If I am not aware of myself and how my actions affect myself and others around me, I could easily come across as insensitive and not realize when I am indeed stumbling through problems trying to look smart without employing interdependence. Next is excellence: without it, it would be impossible to not be lazy and not care about showing my best work. However, if I am not careful, making it a prominent ideal will bring me to my ruin, as I am not perfect nor should I expect everything that I set my hands to be that way in my own strength. In other words, I can’t put too much pressure on myself to work hard if it will hurt me in the long run. And finally transparency. With this as my overlaying value, I hope to be a person that others can trust, rely on, and respect, regardless if they like me or not. Using these three values will raise my odds of providing satisfactory and effective customer service when translating from German to English, or vise
