Being that, the smell of food is masked by a clean fragrance of lavender emanating from the entire store. The preparation area also was manned by an employee who exchanged food for currency. When a customer approaches this counter they are not carrying commodities, but requesting it to be made. At the entrance stands a slightly elevated counter wide enough for up to 3 employees to distributed commodities as well at the exchange of money. The market system money is exchanged for goods services (Parks, 2014). Customers were not expected to pay for their products until they visual observed them first. The process is not understood until later stages of maturity. Likewise, no customer attempted obtain products without money or credit. Routinely employees stepped down from behind the registers to refill sold out products, certain products behind the counter sold out quicker than products on the
