Imagine being born with something you can not help being stereotyped as a future murderer that would hurt would it not? To assume someone will murder is to assume someone is not going to succeed. We can all do this, however, it is one’s free will. Criminal violations are a major issue in today 's society; obviously there will be wrongdoings whether one wants to believe it or not. In any case, does that imply that individuals are all bound to perpetrate wrongdoings in the event that they are related to a criminal, in someway? Although there continues to be a multitude of beings that believe crime is biologically determined, no human 's are exactly alike in decisions; Hence criminal behaviors are not biologically determined. Rape is defined as a crime however that is not genetic. If a being is raped at a young innocent age they will most definitely traumatized. Going through a traumatic event and repeating that on a child is not genetic whatsoever. When something traumatic occurs that memory is forever locked in the brain and repeated possibly. Repeating that traumatic event onto another being is a choice made. In any criminal case, one must have the means, motive, and the opportunity when someone arrests another individual they do not claim that they murdered that person due to being related by a criminal that would be pathetic. People do not commit any crimes unless they are willing to do so on their terms, not from genetics. Many studies have discussed the whole ideology of rape even however, “the researchers who led the work, to a certain degree—warn that the study has some serious limitations.” (Emily Underwood). Also, “Most studies point to early life experiences, such as childhood abuse, as the most important risk factor for becoming a perpetrator of abuse in adulthood.” (Emily Underwood). Crime is just a way for society to deem what is wrong. Remember this America has also gone through a process where property was a human being there is definitely still discrimination. The way a being is raised is one of the most significant factors for crime in general. Society goes by moral not by what is incorrect or correct. Furthermore, enslaving another being is wrong, yet we’re all enslaved to believing children will become criminals just for their parents previous lifestyle. Ultimately though, genetics, being the main route of crime is a monotonous argument. This micro ideology represented by a hierarchy lacks logical consistency. As aforementioned, there are many different forms of crime and different types of birth defects, however, that does not make a murderer. Murder is the killing of another being in spite that we do not know the reason for our existence murder is definitely not that. Somehow someway every individual is related to a criminal yet nobody approaches the world entirely in the same perspective just because of genetics.
