Self Esteem: A Case Study

1. Someones self esteem is how a person views or see's them self. It can positively and negatively affect someone's life because it can affect how people socialize , how they do their everyday job , and many more. People that have a high self esteem are confident and don't let what people say affect them and people that have low self esteem are greatly affected by what people say or think of them. It's sad because a person loses self respect when they don't feel good about themselves. I feel bad for all teenage girls because this generation has created an imagine that females need to look like in order to be considered "pretty".

Time organization is important because it very easy to get behind on chores , school work , and a job. How I manage my time is I keep a routine so it's easier for me to remember and my baby gets use to things at a early age. My routine to manage my time is I wake up at 5am and feed my baby and we lay back down and sleep until 8:30-9:00am. After that we get up change out of our pajamas and put on our outfits for the day. I get her diaper bag ready and we go to my grandma's so I can do school work. Then my baby stays up till 11:00am and then takes a nap until 1:00pm and while she naps I do my school work. Then when she wakes up I put her in the stroller and go walking. Any free time I get I try to squeeze in school work or any other responsibilites. I manage my time correctly and get things done efficently its not that hard to make a list of priorities that need to be taken care of.

5. Short term goals help someone reach the long term goals. The short term goals are there to get a person closer to the long term goal and example is getting all A's and B's and finishing school and the long term goal is college. A long term goal is something to look forward to in the future it may take awhile to reach that goal that's why it is called "long" term goal. The short term goals are something to try to reach and look forward to soon. I look forward to both because the better I do with my short term goals the more I have to look forward to with my long term goal. Once you reach a goal keep setting
