So, people with efficient working are treated more professional. For example, a worker writes a lot of contents to his coworker, and the coworker use a lot of time to review and summarize it. However, the coworker does not get the core content and it makes coworker to ask him for the same content requirement again. It obvious makes people to doubt his professional competence. On the contrary, someone uses a few words but express effectively, it obviously saves both sender and receiver’s time. In this humorous environment, other people concentrate on the humors people’s topic unawares. This will bring the second positive effect, more persuasiveness, on improving self-confidence. Due to people are willing to focus on good writers or people have good verbal skills, their speeches or statements are more persuasiveness. When people use proper words to express their opinion especially in a tense atmosphere, shows their tolerance and courtesy. For example, when people argue with someone, but he is so rude to use the irritating words to the other people. It makes other people only angry about it.
