Assignment 4: A Career As A Finance Manager

I will start as the CEO and founder of the company and I will concentrate on sales, promotions, and internet. We will start out as a Sole proprietorship since I will be owning and running almost all the company when we start, and would then later on like to turn into a partnership weather that be with a brand/manufacturer. I will be in charge of product development and make sure I order all the products that we need to maintain a very smooth work flow, and also make sure that all the order are filled and shipped to the correct destination. I will also have two vice presidents. One vice president will be in charge of public relations as well as administrative functions. For the first 12 months the CEO will be paid $4,500 (per month) the vice presidents will make $4,000 the first 12 months and we will have $8,000 a month for employees. It will be hard to start out with a lot of employee incentive until the company starts to come up and the company starts bringing in more revenue but I incentives I would like to see are flexible hours, as well as individual incentives for example an employee can be rewarded for the most sales of products and individual people will be more encourage to sell items so win some kind of unique prize weather that be new gear, a bonus, or maybe even a free pass if they have a certain even coming up and are scheduled but want to go to the even because we understand that our employees have lives outside of work since our employees are so active, as well as team building experience’s such as social events if we have a good month of sales.
