In today 's world, education plays a big role on success. Since childhood we spend most of our time in school, training for the outside world. When the time comes, we need to decide which pathway we want to go. For most people, knowing what they want to do for the rest of their life is as simple as pie. For me, it has always been something that I struggle with; it was never clear to me. I was passionate about many careers, for instance: Nursing, Pharmacist, Agriculture and Surgical doctor are few of the careers I was passionate about. My passion on any of the careers never lasted for more than a year. Consequently, I figured that I would do better on a career that lets me work in different companies and positions. If I become a pharmacist, I can only work in medical related jobs; therefor I feared that I might lose interest. As I talked to people and did my research, I found out about business administration, which is a broad field that incorporates many types of management positions. To become successful in this major students need to get in to business school and find internship in companies while working on your bachelor’s degree. Even though getting into business school might be difficult, it is not impossible. There are many scholarship available, and if a student works hard and puts a time into it, he or she can succeed in this major. Also Working in the business environment increases the chance to get a higher position after graduation. Having a degree is important but not when it is not supported by experience. Most of the time, students focus on getting their degree, and when they apply for jobs after they got the degree, most companies ask for experience, and the person with the most experience has the higher chance of being hired.
