I don 't just list out the time of the game and what to wear, I come up with a themed text such as this week being a Direct TV ad and the prior week being a weather forecast. My teammates have always given me positive feedback about the team texts so I have a certain threshold that I have to meet. Therefore, I usually spend a hour trying to think of an idea and writing the actual text. I feel that this demonstrates good care ethics. I care about my network of soccer teammates by taking the time to brighten their Tuesday with a creative team text. While this uses more of my time, I do it anyways because I care about my teammates experience. Of course, one could say that I am being an egoist, since I get complements that help my self-esteem and people may think I am funny so they may be more willing to hang out with me. I don’t believe that this is the case however. The majority of the time now, I don’t get much feedback so really I just send out a texts with little to no responses. Maybe this means that my teammates actually do not benefit from the text and may just find them as annoying by our fourth game. However, despite not getting reviews, I know they still read them and a the very least get a smile out of it so I believe that I am caring about my teammates. Therefore, I think I was successful being a care ethics
