Can you imagine living a life that you don 't have the proper control over? Do you believe your life will be successful if you don 't know how to manage it? Just like being able to manage and control your life is important just as important as in the business environment, if you ask yourself why? Many owners of companies depend on managers who are hired to run a successful business on the behalf of the owner, people consider to much responsibility to handle. Just by having the thought of getting blamed for all the negatives occurring around the surrounding can be unpleasant.
The article The Pros & Cons of Becoming a Manager by Narayana Murty posted on Jan 21, 2006 states that Managers have legal liabilities that others don 't. Having to sign different paperworks to ensure the workplace is safe for its employees and to make the right decisions to sue everyone around the company and also to keep the company successful. She also states that If a manager fails in any of these responsibilities, they may be held legally liable.
However Business management has many more advantages just like the article Benefits of Studying Management and Business posted on Nov, 2014 it states that the “advantages of studying management and business involve the market demand and associated prestige: with high demand for such courses, they become more competitive and therefore viewed as respectable degrees.” Management is a never ending career and will continue to exist as long as business exist and sure enough it does not look like they will disappear from
