Secondly, the increase in workload, teachers get themselves doing more work with little resources. Teachers are supposed to implement duties further beyond the classroom setting. E.g they are supposed to deal with socio-economic backgrounds and well-being issues, which sometimes they do not have the expected skills to handle the situation. The open ended professional development will keep educators on schedule with student learning. Ongoing “professional development” will keep educators up-to-date with student learning, new curriculum resources, this were the department can get it to provide resources and support for teachers to be “able to implement the objectives of the policy.
To align the content and “form of professional development means that teacher “Professional Development” can lead to improved instruction and improves student learning while it associates to curriculum materials that educators utilise, the department and “the state’s academic requirements that models their work and the assessment and accountability measures that evaluate their success”.
I think it is correct because “professional development” has the ability to impact educators classroom practices somewhat and that can lead to enhanced learner achievement through it targets how learners learn subject matter, teaching practices that are mainly associated to the subject knowledge and how learners recognize it and enhance educators subject content “alignment of professional development with actiual classroom
