Since hunting is a tradition in Lebanon, the Father usually wants his son to learn hunting at a very young age. Therefore, these kids think that they are professional hunters now and go hunt with their friends without the knowledge of their parents, bragging about their skills and their expertise. Not knowing the main dangers of hunting, these kids end up putting them selves in bad situations that are sometimes fatal and can destroy innocent families and relationships because of their lack of awareness. According to the “International Hunter Education Association”, around 1000 people are killed accidently by hunters and just under a 100 of those accidents leads to the death of the target. Studies state that unlike other kinds of recreation, hunting injuries will most likely lead to death of others who are not only hunters but also innocent people. One example of hunting accidents in Lebanon is Karim Sabah Baz’s and eighteen-year-old Lebanese kid that was killed during a hunting trip in Broummana by the accidental discharge of his friend’s hunting weapon (who was standing very close to Karim) directly into his crane leading to the instant death of the kid who was standing very close to Karim. His friend was take to the nearest police station and was sentenced for many years

In Connecticut, they are found mostly in hayfields. Only three state wildlife management areas have bobolink habitats; they are Topsmead State Forest in Litchfield, Pomfret Audubon in Pomfret, and Storrs. Bobolinks have been shot as agricultural pests in the southern United States, trapped and sold as pets in Argentina, and collected as food in Jamaica. The species is not as abundant as it was several decades ago primarily because of changing land-use practices- especially the decline of meadows and hay fields. The Bobolink's tenacity and adaptability, however, should continue to serve it well.…
