Our entire team returns messages and calls the same day. Not only to our customers but our team members as well. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly all info is to be passed along like a hot potato that we don’t want to drop. So in other words quickly but in a way that we can maintain control.
There has to be a better way? Let’s find it.
A better way, a better widget, a better path let’s make something good great! Why settle when we can and will always find a better way. Every team member needs to be obsessed and passionate about finding a better way of doing things. Don’t ever think it is good enough and great ideas will constantly keep us moving towards excellence.
