I have always wanted to protect and serve my country U.S.A. I didn't know how I wanted to do it until my cousin told me about pj airforce men, he is in the air force he works on all types of jets from b52 to f15 he sends me a lot of cool pictures unfortunately i'm not aloud to show them. It’s not easy to join Pararescue. Over 80% of the people who try out for the Air Force’s special operations search and rescue corps don’t make it. The air force has great benefits and a lot to offer. I have always looked up to my cousin and thought he was the best, so when he told me I was really interested and looked up a lot of information and found out how much you get paid and that there is free housing and a aloues for living cost like food etc. on top

You don't have go to college to be in the air force but you can and that may increase your chances. As I previously stated you don't need anything more than a high school diploma but it is an option to go to college though the air force. If you go through the air force for college the air force pays for it they do this so you are better educated for your position. A Airman is someone with integrity, courage and conviction. You must be willing to control your impulses and show courage, honesty and accountability in order to do what is right even when no one is around.A Airman’s professional duties take precedence over personal desires. Every Airman is expected to be discipline and follow rules, exhibit self-control and respects the beliefs, authority and worth of others. The starting pay is nineteen thousand dollars a year and that includes free housing and health benefits on top of an allowance for home maintenance. The top pay is thirty seven thousand dollars a year. The faster you go up ranking the more you get paid because you get paid by the ranking you in it goes up about one hundred ninety three dollars for each ranking. You are paid a salary instead of hourly and there is no over time. There a promotions but it is hard to move up it goes E-1 airman basic, E-2 airman, E-3 airman first class,E-4 senior airman,E-5 staff sergeant ,E-6 technical sergeant ,E-7 master sergeant.
