For example, the beggars at the street asked for alms to those passerby’s but most people pretend that they don’t exist and even some rebuke these beggars which makes them hostile towards people and the society. But there are also those people who are kind-hearted and give a small amount of money to these beggars enough to at least buy a piece of pandesal. At other communities, the local government unit have constructed homes for these beggars through bayanihan and even have some kind of a workshop in the alternative learning center. Despite through the efforts of the governments to help these vagrants, some of them are still hard-headed and refuse the help of the government in improving their
