The Importance Of Being A Kiesthetic Learner

I'm a kinesthetic learner which means I'm a very hands on person. If i had to take a test i would need a very quiet environment. Anything can distract me or keep me off task. If i'm studying i need visuals or a phrase that can help me remember. i can't read something and remember it this decision works well with some of the principles.
Reading SAVE CRIB FOTO and knowing my study style. I useS,V,R,and F. When i study i skim the information.Which is selective memory that i feel is the most important, or the information that I think will be on the test. Rather than reading the whole chapter. I'm a kinesthetic learner so i use visualization this mean i use pictures to help me remember information. I especially use this for my sanitation
