Bath time: temperature and essential oils may be beneficial to health
While in Brazil it is common to bathe every day (even more than one bath per day), in some European countries the most usual is to skip the bath a few times. For some people, bathing is a way to get ready at the beginning of the day, or to get along with the dirt all the tiredness caused by the routine.

However, health also thanks the habit of bathing regularly. The bath assists in the health of the skin, removing the impurities from the pores. For well-being it becomes important as it brings relief from tensions and provides relaxation.

Warm temperature: One of the most indicated forms of bath is with warm water. Preferably between 27 and 36 degrees Celsius. In addition to being the most suitable type of temperature for the skin, the warm baths are excellent after a tiring day. The heat dilates the blood vessels of the skin and relaxes the muscles, which greatly helps in the sensation of well-being and relaxation of the body. Even this process causes release of endorphins, which can help in some cases of insomnia.

And if temperatures can already cause good effects not only to the body, but also to well-being, including special aromas is always a good request to intensify the desired effect. For this, it is always possible to use bath salts, liquid soaps, exfoliating creams, among others. Essential oils such as cherry, grape or almond are well absorbed by the skin during bathing. The best time to use them is before the last rinse. However, no abuse of these products. Staying rubbing the soap or exfoliators for a long time can dry out the skin and make it more susceptible to the development of eczema, allergies, infections, itchiness and peeling. To avoid unpleasant reactions, it is recommended to dilute the essential oils into practically odorless carrier oils (grape seed, jojoba, and germ) before adding them to the
