An attitude can be defined as ‘a psychological tendency to view a particular object or behaviour with a degree of favour or disfavour’. It is a mental position relative to a way of thinking, a leaning toward that which you believe. Very little is needed to make a happy life. It is all within yourself, in your way of thinking. This is your attitude. It is a belief, feeling and an action tendency to an individual or a group of individuals towards objects, ideas and people. An attitude is a hypothetical construct that represents an individual’s degree of, like or dislike for an item. Attitudes are defined as being specific to an object or behaviour while beliefs are more generic, relating to a wider worldview, and tend to be more stable. ATTITUDE- …show more content…
It is a catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results. Your attitude determines your direction. When ever you get pain in your life, just think about the full form of PAIN - Positive Attitude In Negative Situation. The only disability in life is a bad attitude. You cannot live a positive life with a negative mind. Virtually nothing is impossible in this world if you just put your mind to it and maintain a positive attitude. A bad attitude is like a flat tire if you do not change it, you will never go anywhere. The only difference between success and failure is one’s attitude. Positive attitudes will always incite positive results as negative attitudes will always cause negative results. Success with a negative attitude is called ‘Luck’ whereas success with a positive attitude is called achievement. So, be always an achiever. Your attitude not only determines your life, but how much success you will have in it. So, think positive and positive things will happen. When a storm comes, all other birds seek shelter. It is also the foundation of courage and true progress. Pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his/her opportunities and optimist is one who makes opportunities of his/her difficulties. Do not let circumstances that defeat you. You can if you can think you can. Optimism is the most powerful tool to help you get up after a fall, and to keep going toward success that you really want. Everyday may not be good, but there is something good in everyday. A persistently positive focus creates a consistently positive mind. The difference between an obstacle and an opportunity is your attitude towards it. Every opportunity has a difficulty, and every difficulty has an opportunity. The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Each problem has hidden in it an opportunity so powerful that it literally dwarfs the problem. The greatest success stories were created by people, who recognized a problem a turned it into an opportunity.
