An attitude can be defined as ‘a psychological tendency to view a particular object or behaviour with a degree of favour or disfavour’. It is a mental position relative to a way of thinking, a leaning toward that which you believe. Very little is needed to make a happy life. It is all within yourself, in your way of thinking. This is your attitude. It is a belief, feeling and an action tendency to an individual or a group of individuals towards objects, ideas and people. An attitude is a hypothetical construct that represents an individual’s degree of, like or dislike for an item.
