Reason being is that the taping isn’t easy to learn because the taping would be hard to tear but the more you practice you get better and easier. There’s all kinds of different kinds of tapings for example, ankle, thumb, wrist, and many other kinds. Taping helps by were you injure whatever it helps because it will put pressure on it and you won’t be able to feel all the pain. Also, the stretches were somewhat easy to learn but yet again they weren’t because I felt like I was going to mess up and not do it right how the athletes would want it. There is many kind of stretches like hamstring, shoulder, sides, back. They really tend to help the athletes with them because they might get a cramp or anything like that helps because it tenses the muscles. Also like the rehab and the treatment are all strong decision making skills that obtain the certified athletic trainers education and knowledge. Rehab/treatments come in handy with because after an injury the athletes do their rehab to see if their processing they will be able to see when they can get back to doing the sport. Some treatments take longer because if the trainer doesn’t see that your progressing then it will take longer to get back and doing what you
