Your health is very important because if you take your heart as an example it tend to hold and have a pulse longer if you take care of your condition, because your heart is going to have a pulse longer when you are old if you take care of your health when you are young. I can only see positive things with training, but there is people that see exercising as ”bad” because it takes too much time and energy when you have too much to do. You maybe work too much or in bad shifts. There is people with diseases that can’t train or do sports because they don’t have that possibility. Anorectics can’t train because they don’t have the

Nutritional or fat you need to train. And you often have really fragile bones. And some people is just too lazy to even try do something that can help them in their life. There do exist people that don’t eat and train that get eating disorders just as it exist people that just eat and don’t train if those people eat ”wrong” they often get diseases as obesity and overweight treatment. Same as if you are eat bad, when you don´t get the right amount of nutrients, your body is tearing your muscles down instead of building them up.
