It should be a force to move us to do something, to change something in us. As members of the Church we have different leaders what help us to grow spiritually. They teach us accept new members into the Church. Sometimes we can not be really happy about it, but when we know person personally it is much easier to become friends and understand each other. So usually new members are very quickly become a part of our small society. As Americans it is much harder to accept new immigrants. I am not American, but I think sometimes they think that they have a spirit of entitlement, especially if they were born in America. They think that is their country and no one can come to U.S. But as people we should understand different conditions in what people live. I do not think that if you have an amazing life, job, home, car, etc. you want to leave them and move somewhere. It should be a real reason for it. So, the criterion is different for accepting members into the Church than accepting immigrants into America. But if all people will try to change themselves little bit and will try to understand immigrants, life will be much better. Of course, should be some programs to avoid
