The Importance Of Animal Cruelty In Texas

I want to make this a priority because it's a big problem and we should act now. Cruelty to animals, also called animal abuse or animal neglect, is the intentional infliction by humans of suffering or harm upon any non-human animal, regardless of whether the act is against the law.I’m just looking in Texas but it's a world problem. What i'm asking for is for more money so we can give it to shelters, then they can help more animals to survive.

Torturing an animal
Failing to provide food, care or shelter
Abandoning an animal
Transporting or confining
