In 2010, Haiti had one of their strongest earthquake. At the time my two little brother and family who I knew just so little about were involved in the earthquake, luckily they were okay. Shortly after, Hurricane Matthew hitted in 2016. Houses were broken down, there was no place to stay or eat and life was just horrible and still is until this day, they weren't able to recover all the damages made. Me being only 16 year old having no job and not being able to do anything took a toll on me. Every now and then my family and I will send things such as clothing, appliances, and groceries so that they are able to support themselves. One thing that bothered me the most was a false accusation made by a meteorologist stating that Haiti was deforested
