When I met Dr. Sidorsky it was in September of 2014; I was sent to his practice by my auto accident lawyer for treatment due to whiplash. My treatment was chiropractic therapy due to my muscles, joints and, vertebra locking up due to the shock of the car accident. Due to my holistic way of life; my lawyer recommended that I go to his practice for treatment. When I had met Dr. Sidorsky he had just joined a group practice of two other doctors that were on the path of alternative medicine as well; together in their future plans the group wanted to expand into a physical therapy/alternative medical treatment center. As a naturally inquisitive person I unleashed a barrage of questions for the chiropractic doctor, and even asking for a future visit …show more content…
Due to alternative medicine being viewed as an old world way of thinking when it comes to treatment; the alternative community is still relatively small when it comes to medical treatment. Majority of society prefers modern day treatment; networking with others who practice alternative medicine will be the foundation of alternative medicine. Making sure to communicate, and work closely with those who offer additional service, and can provide supporting products to your practice is very critical. In order to further promote alternative medicine networking is not something you do not want to build late into your professional career. By starting early and seeking out other health care professionals in the alternative medicine field you are able to build a good business report and, even secure future or find an investor who can connect you with others who have the same vision. Dr. Sidorsky left me with this quote on my last day “if you are lucky enough to watch a spider weave its web; you will understand why the spider if provided the space will build the biggest web possible so that it may widen its survival chances.
