Algebra was taught in middle school so by the time you have already learned algebra I. Now I know people don't like math, and I get that. But if you payed attention in middle school you'd get the hang of it. By the time you're in high school you have already learned how to do algebra I. Although students have to have a math class in high school, it shouldn't have to be only algebra to graduate. You should be able to do geometry or even probability and statistics.
