In Islamic view, adl or justice means things are given to their legitimate place. It also means giving everyone their rightful belonging with sufficient amount. It also means giving people fair treatment. Adl is also a moral virtue and an allocate of human personality. Adl is also equality in the sense that will balance in the distribution of rights and duties. Sometimes, adl was achieved through inequality like inadequate distribution of wealth. The Prophet Muhammad pbuh narrated that there will be seven categories of people who will get Allah protection on the day when there will be no protection except His. Qist or inter-relational refers to compliance with rules that will affect others. According to Quran all mankind has dual responsibility to discharge that is in relation to himself (Huquq Allah) and in relation to external world (Huquq An-Nas). The immemorial is the process of self-development that includes physical, intellectual and spiritual. In this aspect human are supposed to be adl and qist in discharging his duties towards Huquq Allah and Huquq An-Nas, respectively. One of the meaning of zakat is designate cleansing. Zakat is a trust that mankind has to implement as a muslim. When people earn income or payment they have to pay zakat first before spend the money. It is related to thobat milkiyah which means Allah is the absolute owner. All thing and creations are belongs to Allah. Raw material also belong to Allah and the product also are belong to Allah.
