Price is regarded as the most crucial factor governing the practice and efficiency of any market. Adjusting the price has a giant impact on marketing strategy, and may often affect the demand and sales as well. The wrong price can negatively influence sales and cash flow. The majority of revenue made by casinos comes from the large numbers of gamblers. Games inside casinos range from cheap to very expensive, and money can be either lost or gained very fast. The prices of these games represent both the odds of you winning money and the type of gambler you are (experienced, beginner, etc). This industry generates high revenue, but is looked at by many to be negative. “Global land-based casinos expected a gross win of around 357 billion U.S. dollars from gamblers in 2015” (Casino industry-statistics and fact, 2015). The casino industry continues to grow. Just look at Las Vegas, the most visited tourist attraction in the world. Prices of games turn into enough profit to not only keep the industry alive, but to create attractive features such as resorts, entertainment, and more.
