Due to high amount of activity at a young age, the skin gets dehydrated throughout the day, especially when we are out in the sun. This skin dehydration results in dry skin, pigmentation, frown-lines, spots and dull skin. Drinking plenty of water during the day is the best way to keep the skin adequately hydrated.
Eat healthy: There are several studies suggesting that eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables can help prevent damage that leads to skin damage at a young age. Eating a well-balanced and healthy diet free of sugar and refined carbohydrates can definitely help in premature aging process and keeping the skin vibrant and youthful.
Sleep adequately: A good night's sleep can be highly effective for good skin health because when we’re sleep-deprived body makes more of the stress hormone cortisol. The elevated levels of cortisol can lead to increased stress and inflammation in the body thus affecting the skin quality
Cleansing and moisturizing the skin: It is essential to gently clean your skin by scrubbing it to avoid skin irritation.
