Virtual Meeting Reflection

We also had virtual meeting on phone calls and messages. We also made group on Whats App mobile application and had virtual meetings. We all worked and discussed our tasks virtually many times. It helped team to contact team members anytime to discuss about the assignment. We all were benefitted from virtual meeting because it saved our time and gave us comfort to have meetings at home. I learnt that virtual meetings are good but it is always better to have face to face meetings where team discuss work and show work to each other for better results. Overall team had good time to work and learnt how to work in a team.

I worked in a team in my previous work experience where we use to share norms, share views and share culture. There were some specific rules and regulation under which our team had to follow. We used to have meeting and discussed issues about the organization working and all the productivity of work depends on the organization. Honest and Reliable: I worked in a time with honesty by giving my hundered percent. I tried to perform as good as I can without hidind any things from my team member. A person with the integrity ,honest, work in team and give power to work in team. Leaders can listen to others and make decision according to team.
Weakness:
Confusing regarding how to use the model: As I have the less knowledge about the Managament theories because of non management backgorund and it has been very difficult for me to I mplement those theories with the application. In our project we used fishbone analysis to solve issues but I have not very much cleared with concept how fishb one diagram we work. If we would read more books about fishbone we would have been represented our project in a good way.
Role:
In my team I have worked as a team member and sometime I have to take a command because there was no designated leader appointed in our team, so contributing both part to our team I have initiated in team in Introduction, executive summary, discussion related recommendation and conclusion
