The best way to go to the next level is to consider the benefit of non-monetary rewards at your workplace. All of these benefits communicate to employees that their work is valued and promote a positive work life balance. Then, the next is to have a flexible schedule because the idea behind this is to build a strong work ethic and also, help the worker stay focus on their work and not to worry about their life. Everybody wants to spend some times with their friends, family. A third non- monetary is a recognition which is really important when you consider a job.
