For me, a good Reputation is worth fighting for by any means necessary. No matter how hard or long you try, your reputation will stay with you for the rest of your life. It shows people who you really are, whether you wanted anyone to know about it or not. You should keep your reputation very close to your heart and guarded. Everyone deserves to have people talk about them they way they want to be talked about and be remembered for the good and not the bad. You should be able to fight for the person you have worked so hard to become. I have never really been in a situation as to my reputation being ruined or damaged. I have never done anything for that to occur and hopefully nothing does happen. Why does the company need to know about my social media accounts just to see if I am eligible to get the job? I have everything they need to know about me all on my resume! They should not care about what I put on my facebook page. It’s not like I am going to be talking about them negatively or anything! Okay, I can somewhat but not really agree with the argument. It is understandable that having the manager or whoever is high in authority for the job that want wants to know all of your social media accounts and look at all of the many posts you post. I know this can make you feel uncomfortable, for some reason. There are a few good reasons as to why they have to do this. They basically want to see if you would be a good reputation for their job, for that particular position you want. To conclude everything, having a good reputation is something that everyone needs to have for just about everything. From social media websites to out here in the real life.
