Growing up eating healthy vegetables and fruits could help a child’s development with nutrients for growth. Having good nutrition helps a child grow healthier and stronger. Involving children in extracurricular activities such as sports like soccer or football. Sports encourage children to build teamwork with other children, which could help them in the future. Considering all these different ideas, a child’s perfect environment is a family, because their love is all one needs.

Don’t ever let the fear of rejection, stop you from trying new things. I could have played soccer all four years, but my self-esteem let me down. After joining soccer, it motivated me to be more involved in school. Everyone one needs a best friend to motivate them in trying new things and someone to be there for you always. I only wish to have known Daisy sooner, because I would probably have been more involved in extracurricular activities and would have had a better high school
