"HIRING NOW." How often do we see a "HIRING NOW" sign? Ever since the decrease of jobs in America the congress has being presenting possible ways to create more jobs. In her recent post about unemployment, Marcela S. Kreiter, mentions that, " about 37.7 percent of the unemployed have been out of work for at least 27 weeks-- the long-term unemployed-- and number 3.9 million individuals" (The Issue: Extended Unemployment Benefits-- When will the congress Act?, 2014). The news channels itself have been covering many reports about unemployment, yet no results but possibilities. Maybe cutting taxes. Perhaps the government it’s spending too much money on the army. Maybe then cutting government spending on National Security. No, maybe there are jobs but people don’t have the skills. Then we also hear in the news about the uncountable number of immigrants in the United States. Should we hold them accountable for the issue about unemployment here in …show more content…
In the Forbes post it states that they are quitting because they "don’t like their boss (31%)." It is every ones rights to be treated with respect and liking your boss or not is a personal issue." A lack of empowerment (31%)". Sometimes people get carried away for what they were hired for and want to be authorities. For example if you were hired as a waitress then you don’t have a say about what happens in the kitchen. Another reason why Americans are quitting is for internal politics (35%). People have the right to express their own political view, it is issue every day but does not mean people around you cannot express their own political view or even religious view. The primary reason why two million of Americans are quitting their jobs is because of the lack of recognition (43%)". Workers expect be praised for their jobs, there is no contract that for recognition in a job. Although this are some good motives to leave a job there are greater motives not to leave that job as
