Implementation of Balance Scorecard Any institution that has no clear objectives and goals whether they’re profit or non- profit organizations can be considerably chaotic to manage similar consideration overview presented from the journal. When there is a group or any other level of organization small or big there needs to have some type of goals and objectives, implementation of strategic management is imperative. In which managerial positions needs to be placed and identified throughout the organizations. Positions that cannot be taken for granted and needs to be respected with its actions and decisions. For this non- profit organization the four perspectives in quantitative measures is clearly applicable. Especially they grew faster than expected and there are significant numbers of services they provide within the entity, financial perspective is definitely important as it is for profit organizations. It might be different when it comes to emphasis according to the background reading, but when understanding the balance and budget towards its operating cost and any fiscal liabilities; revenue or cash flows are necessary. For this center their customer is not only the consumers in which the company defines as “individuals with disabilities” (Martello, Watson & Fischer, 2008). But also all assets that provides outside sources of its funding and fiscal allocations for the rehabilitation center, the donors. Donors who provide CCRC with fiscal security and stability in order to maintain its services for rehabilitations, I believed these include the management’s liabilities for their employees. Therefore, a clear corporate governance system with identified chain of command leadership will be first and foremost they need to emphasize to its subordinates and be recognized including its outside
