One of the events in the story of the United States that affected me was the impeachment of Bill Clinton. As an immigrant who came from a Country where they practically don’t have laws, a Country which Capital is considered the second most dangerous city in the World, and 98% of murders remain unresolved, it really amazed me the fact that a President of the United States of America could be impeached by the House of Representatives in 1998 for Perjury and obstruction of Justice, after he lied about his affair with Monica Lewinsky, the fact that I had to watch the ex-President Bill Clinton in a court was something that make me understand better the new culture where I am living now, I understand we are a Country of laws, and no one could escape
