In other words, the problem concerns the lack of studies on the substantial evaluation of the impact of Web 2.0 on sustainable tourism and customer decision making. Within this research, the problem statement has been identified and concluded based on an in-depth literature review. More importantly, the concepts of Web 2.0, and how they are related to sustainable tourism remain vague. Therefore, conceptualising and determining these concepts are important to fill this gap.
