Introduction
The use of technology in the classroom is beneficial not only to the students, but also to the teacher. Not only does the convenient access to these resources make it easy for a student and instructor to access a webpage from anywhere, but they also help the instructor apply their lesson concepts through the use of fun activities. There are many resources available to educators to use as teaching aids in their classrooms, all of these resources can be accessed with different digital devices. It is necessary as an educator to integrate technology into the classroom because the world is becoming technology based and eventually all work will be accessed through digital devices and the use of the internet.

This program is an easy to use learning based website that can be accessed on a smartphone or tablet through the use of an app. “Tablet-based interactive classroom technologies have the potential to generate new ways of fostering creative experiences through drawing, seeing, expressing, learning, and engaging with instructional situations.” (Hye Jeong, Ji Hyeno, Sungae, Hyeoncheo, 2016) The use of tablets and personal handheld devices makes this an easy website for students to access their homework on being that a majority of homes now use smartphones and tablets. Once the students complete their homework a report is sent back to the instructor to review, this makes IXL a great resource to use being that the instructor can see which students understood the lesson from the day and which ones need a little extra attention. This program is copyrighted and should not be reproduced or sold to others outside of the purchased license for one instructor and 25 students. The cost of this program is $249.00 annually for a class of up to 25
