The technology effects on adolescents is related to social psychology from the behavioral aspect teenagers behave accordingly to what their brain tells them, if their brain has a major reliance on technology it is less likely to function in the expected way due to the mental problems technology creates in teenagers lives and specifically those who overuse it.
It is also related to social psychology in how it effects the teenagers lives, how it gives them the urge to use it more, and how it delivers them wrong information, or even how it effects their relationship between their parents and each other.

And to prevent these effects parents should step in and make moves because, they are the main role models in the teens life and they are the people who raise them, its hard for these problems to get solved or prevented by another person other than the parents. There are many ways for them to solve it, like for instance communicating with the teens and listening to them, or giving them alternative fun activities, and encourage them to read and get educated. Also parents should monitor the websites their teenagers use, and the most effective way is to limit the time they spend using

Ultimately, I also believe that the time which teenagers spend on technology needs to be restricted by their parents in order to ensure that the current and next generation of Americans endures success and…

Despite what Chris Bergman says in Don’t Limit Your Teen’s Screen Time and Danah Boyd says in Blame Society, Not the Screen Time, teens do inappropriately obsess over technology and the Internet. Boyd proficiently explains that teens use technology to interact with their friends because schoolwork completely consumes them.
