Imagine, when you are on vacation with your wife or husband. But your wife/ husband always checking email by his phone and working by the pool. You must feel bad and distracted by their behavior. It brings negative impact on relationship. But is this technology’s fault? No! It is not, it is not the fault of technology. It is the fault of how we use it. We are able to control ourselves. For the solution of this situation, we can set specific guidelines around when we have to work and when to stop working. In other words, when we are on vacation, instead of working all the time, create the discipline to stop working on purpose.
