The Impact Of Sun On Skin Cancer

The impact the sun has on skin cancer is the Uv-rays. The uv -rays damage the cells in the skin. When this happens it causes cells to reproduce to repair the skin. After a long duration of exposure, it can make skin cells produce abnormally which can cause certain cells to cause cancer. I would recommend not going to the tanning bed, and not expose yourself to uv-rays for a long duration. I would also suggest using sunscreen and cover up as much as you can.
I agree that too much exposure at once will be harmful. All the ways you listed to protect them self is completely true. We all have to remind ourselves that we need the sunlight for vitamin
