I have mentioned trial and error before and while some shy away from this term, it can be positive, as it would be here. To do this we must get feedback from the student’s participating in these courses and continue to alter the curriculum so that the students are getting the most out of the program. My primary goal in conducting this research and becoming a social psychologist and professor is so I can investigate, improve, and implement a curriculum that will effectively alter the negative perceptions of those who take part in the initiative. Evaluating the progress of this goal in a way that will show accurate determinations is the hardest issue I face in this. With the dataset from Michigan there was a significant drop from the after course survey to the alumni survey the number of responses went to around a 1,000 to just near 300 responses. This issue may be significantly less of a problem in the age that we live in, where surveys can be conducted through various electronic manners, instead of through paper and mail like the surveys for the Michigan dataset were.
