Therefore, if government rules a state then the government has a say in the religion. Government thinks that religion should be like other organization. If there are government regulation then church attendance is low. People won 't go to church doing the week or even on Sunday. The government influences the religious activity by market regulations, and treatment for certain denominations. In some countries the government has certain religion. Church attendance provides varies type of health screening for everybody. They provide educational program for awareness and access to preventive health care. Church attendance and spirituality had an effect on getting mammography. Items focusing on religious affiliation, church attendance, and spirituality were included in the baseline survey. (Kauffman 1979). The survey was for frequency of church attendance, high was attending once a week, moderate attending less than weekly, low does not attend at all. There is a relationship between religion and health. Most people when they are sick they pray to God to heal their body. So when we look at this churches always offer some advice about health. At the end of the paper it said that there was no link between church attendance or spirituality and mammography used in the tri-racial. That church attendance and religious settings may be important with interventions to improve health
