The first conference is between the United States and Great Britain, known as the Atlantic Charter. During the Atlantic charter, the two superpowers agreed to the conditions of free trade, self determination, disarmament, and collective security (Atlantic Conference). The second confererence, stationed in Casablanca was arranged again between the United States and Great Britain. During this meeting, the two superpowers agreed to the unconditional surrender of Germany as the only option for the end of the war, including the creation of Operation Overlord, the Invasion of Italy, and strategic bombing of Germany as part of the counteroffensive that was being planned at the time(Casablanca conference).
