Over the past few decades, China has become one of the fasted-growing political economics within the world. Although the rapid growth of economy brings out a lot of benefits to citizens, it has not reached all elements of the population. Due to the expanded of the economy, the rising wage gap in China has dramatically increased, and became a major social problem. In terms of most people awareness for this issue especially who are in the rich level, that caused the problem became an adaptive challenge in China. However, the solution of adaptive challenges usually require people to change their ways, and find out what they discarded form the past practices.

It usually consists of trade, media, technology, communication, transport, and migration tourism. In this case, globalization plays a significant role in promoting. After 1949 all equal, once development and globalization started wealth gap appeared. Besides, Yue (2012) Reports that China has be a part of the World Trade Organization (WTO) was an important modification in 2001. Meanwhile, as long as the market economy has been increased, the rising gap between the poor and rich has becoming taking the attention from social mass media. Therefore, Wei and WU (2001) argue that the benefits of development economy only for the people who have a chance to trade with others, such as working on finance facilities or startup a company. Considering the growing boundaries between urban and rural areas, China remains a very rural economy even after few decades of rapid growth. It could causes about 50.3% of China’s middle-level population continue to live in rural areas. The data of an annual average per capita disposable income of rural residents is 5,900 Yuan. It is less than one-third of the people who are living in urban area. In China, people who working for government usually has a decent salary, they are not worrying about their life at all.
