Renewed legal and professional impact of email communications in the workplace relates to organizational behavior because organizational behavior creates and disseminates knowledge that advances the understanding of how to lead and manage with the aim of increasing personal and organizational effectiveness (Harvard Business Review, 2016). By businesses and organizations understanding how to lead and manage while being aware of the professional and legal impacts as well as risks of email communication will almost guarantee a positive effect on the business or organization.This review will emphasize the importance of knowing, (1) the new professional impact of emails, (2) The new legal impact of emails, (3) the legal risks, (4) the professional risk, and lastly (5) how to minimize or prevent any email communication risk.
