God explains through His Word that having peace affects our health in a positive way that can encourage a mindset that prioritizes productivity, which can affect time management and reduce stress. In times of stress Psalm 55:22 encourages, “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” This verse serves as a reminder that the never ending stress the world pushes that puts our bodies and minds in distress can be cast to the Lord and in Him we can find peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) so that we may continue to be able-bodied to serve his kingdom.
